Laugh – But Seriously Now
Laughter is more than entertainment — it’s a gateway to emotional, mental, and physical healing. In this inspiring talk, Alex explores “Laughter” as a conscious act that breaks habits, releases control, and transforms pain into play. Combining insights, Transcending an old set of beliefs, Humordrama, gibberish, and laughter exercises, he shares powerful healing stories — including cases of people facing health challenges who chose a different path. “To truly laugh, you must be able to take your pain and play with it.” – Charlie Chaplin.
Our World as a Theatre of the Absurdity
Is there true logic in our world, and why do we cling to it? How do we react when we plan, and life — or God —has different plans? In this thought-provoking lecture, Alex Sternick invites audiences to embrace the unpredictable, turning surprise, crisis, and the unexpected into opportunities for growth, resilience, and success. By adopting a playful, absurdist perspective, we discover how to move forward instead of breaking down — improvising & thriving in life’s unexpected moments.
