Most of his 30 years of military service in Judea and Samaria (West Bank) as Governor of Jenin, Governor of Bethlehem, Security Coordinator with the Palestinian Authority during the Oslo period, in Lebanon (Tire and Bint Jbeil) together with his academic career in modern Israel research, characterizes the lectures of Moshe Elad over the past 20 years.
