Michal is married to Nadav Malkiel, and together they have six children. She grew up and was educated between Tel Aviv and Kibbutz Gan Shmuel and currently lives in Hadera.

Golda Meir's Last Battle – Prime Minister of Israel

Golda Meir faced fierce criticism for her conduct during the Yom Kippur War, but research I conducted analyzing the protocols from the ceasefire negotiations reveals: the Prime Minister stood firm on Israel's interests, ignored the threats, and was not intimidated by confrontation with the Americans — until she achieved what she wanted: the release of the prisoners of war.
How did Golda Meir go from seasoned stateswoman to leader of the last military campaign against the Egyptian Third Army in October 1973, what was her decision-making strategy — both rational and irrational — and what remains important to continue learning from her for our times today.

'The 70 Study' (Asaf-Kramer, 2018–present) The Israeli Leadership Research Project – on Leadership and Decision-Making

Through interviews with CEOs, senior commanders, and local authority heads, this research presents a unique mapping of the questions: How are critical decisions made, and what influences the process?
The lecture reveals the findings of The 70 Study — an ongoing research project conducted among 70 trailblazers in the Israeli economy, now studied at leading academic centers around the world. The lecture presents the practical insights from the research through the 'Productivity Diamond' — a unique framework developed in the course of the study — illustrated with current examples from the world of political and business leadership, both in Israel and globally.

Small Decisions – Big Decisions

Whether consciously or unconsciously, we are constantly engaged in decision-making — small and large alike. We also invest considerable resources of time and energy in trying to make the right decisions in the areas that matter most in life: choosing a partner, raising children, where to live, and what career to pursue.
Dr. Michal Asaf Kramer, a decision-making expert, argues that it is equally important to invest in the 'small decisions' we make throughout our daily routine — decisions that become deeply significant in the overall balance of our quality of life.
The lecture teaches: How can we make better personal decisions in every area of life? Why is it important that we become experts in our own 'small decisions'? And what can spark easy and enjoyable implementation and learning.
