Moshe Cahlun, a retired Chief Superintendent, brings to the podium his vast experience from his long career at the Israel Police.
With a career spanning strategic roles, he headed the Israeli Police Coordination unit with the Palestinian Police, commanded the Investigations and Intelligence Division in the Samaria Police District, and mentored future leader Police officers as a team commander at the Israel Police Senior Officers course in the Israeli Police Academy. Internationally, he represented the Israeli Police as the Israeli police attaché in Central Europe, operating out of the Israeli Embassy in Berlin, Germany.
